i saw someone on ebay selling it then searched through websites. they said it was legal but i think they mean its Legal to supply the link but i dont know if its ILLEGAL to watch! please help me!

It would be illegal cause you aren't paying money to watch it (like a t.v license), best thing to do if you want to use the internet is to listen on the radio online, radio five live let you listen to them.
