Is anyone familiar with this advert?

I've been off work and at home ill with a flu for a week, so I been listening to TalkSport quite alot, and they play the same adverts all the time, but that Selco advert get's played all f'king day. It really drills into your head, and there's nothing you can do about it. Advertising works man.
