Do you think other managers envy Mark Hughes?

He has a bottomless transfer fund...however with great power comes great responsibilty and hes got to manage big egos in that dressing room because these younger lads know they can demand more money...
I personally dont think having the transfer money makes the job easier simply because of the pressure...

Imagine if Man City pay Eto'o the prices that are being reported, for that money you expect him to 30+ goals a season, do all the club days and literally win the Premier League on this own, now on his day Eto'o is amazing(Man Utd fans can tell you that) but hes not that good...

why would someone like Wenger, Fergie, Rafa, O'Niel, Moyes, Hodgson envy Mark Hughes?.........



Mark Hughes is inferior to them, manegers like Wenger and Ferige are far better managers.



yeah Mark Hughes has a ridiculous amount of transfer money, but having massive amounts of transfer money does not make you a good manager.



If anything Mark Hughes envys Wenger, Fergie, Rafa, as they are superior manegers.



Fergie, Rafa and Wenger brings in world class players cos they wanna play under these managers, they bring in big names through thier proven success. whereas Mark Hughes can only attract big names through money.

If i was a manager i'd rather players wanna play for me cos of my success and credentials, and not cos i have a wealthy owner who can pay the money.

No not really, some managers, manage teams with history and tradition, and I tell you what, there would be uproar if Villa got taken over by arabs who used us as a play thing. I'm far happier making steady progress!
