I don't believe there's a limit though. Some teams have a plan for the amounts of foreigners in their team. For example, A team would be 6/2. For every 6 native players, they have to have 2. I think there should be a limit. The Turkish National football team wouldn't be National if all their players were from Africa, or other parts of Europe.

No, this would make the league worse. It's incredible because you have the best players from all over the World. It would also probably hurt the Americans playing over there, because a lot of them would probably not be the first to be kept. The MLS has this policy and look where they are at!

No. If there was a limit then the premiership would be less exciting due to the lack of talented players like Tevez, Drogba, C.Ronaldo and Fabregas.

why does it matter? if a team wants to improve then they have to bring in young talented players from other countries too

No, i think is up to the team and its currency. Teams want to improve and want young talent also, so i think that's a good idea after all
